Frequently asked questions

👕 What to wear

Dress appropriately for the weather. In warmer months, bring a sun hat and sunscreen; in cooler months, wear waterproofs and extra layers. For safety reasons, please avoid open-toe sandals or flip-flops.

⏰️Time slot

Arrival: Only party/event organisers may arrive up to 30 minutes before their allocated slot to set up. Please do not arrive earlier, as we may have activities taking place before your booking.

Leaving: Please ensure all guests and organisers have left the site within 20 minutes of your allocated. Kindly clear any litter and take all rubbish home with you.

🍓Food
With most of our events/parties, we provide free unlimited juice and hot drinks from our base.
We do not provide food or have cooking facilities available for guests. We recommend bringing a buffet, picnic-style spread, or prepared lunch boxes.

Alternatively there is a nice chippy down the road from us.

👸Outside entertainers 🏰

Additional Entertainment: While we can certainly keep you all entertained, you’re welcome to add extra activities such as characters, face painters, singers or inflatables. Please let us know in advance, a copy of their public liability insurance would be required—we may even be able to recommend trusted companies.

👀 Supervision

Child Supervision: All children must be supervised by their accompanying guardians or the event/party organisers. While our staff will lead the animal sessions, other activities—such as messy play, arts and crafts, or inflatables—must be overseen by attending adults. Family and sibling guests must always be supervised by an adult.
