Frequently asked questions
👕 What to wear
Dress appropriately for the weather. In warmer months, bring a sun hat and sunscreen; in cooler months, wear waterproofs and extra layers. For safety reasons, please avoid open-toe sandals or flip-flops.
⏰️ Party time slots
Timings: Our parties generally last 2 hours. This includes 1.5 hours of activities, followed by 30 minutes for you to enjoy food, birthday cake, handing out sweet cones, and getting ready for pick-up.
Arrival: Only party organisers may arrive up to 30 minutes before their allocated 2-hour slot to set up. Please do not arrive earlier, as we may have activities taking place before your booking.
Leaving: Please ensure all guests and organisers have left the site within 20 minutes of your allocated 2-hour slot. Kindly clear any litter and take all rubbish home with you.
🍓Food
With all our 2-hour packages, we provide free unlimited juice and hot drinks from our base.
We do not provide food or have cooking facilities available for guests. We recommend bringing a buffet, picnic-style spread, or prepared lunch boxes.
Alternatively there is a nice chippy down the road from us.
👸Outside entertainers 🏰
Additional Entertainment: While we can certainly keep the children entertained, you’re welcome to add extra activities such as characters, face painters, or inflatables. Please let us know in advance, a copy of their public liability insurance would be required—we may even be able to recommend trusted companies.
👀 Supervision
Child Supervision: All children must be supervised by their accompanying guardians or the party organisers. While our staff will lead the animal sessions, other activities—such as messy play, arts and crafts, or inflatables—must be overseen by attending adults. Family and sibling guests must always be supervised by an adult.
