📍 Location & Travel

We are based in Selston, Nottinghamshire and travel up to 30 miles for events.

• Travel Fee: First 10 miles are free, then £1 per mile thereafter.
• Get in touch if you’re unsure about travel distances or venue options.

🐾 Animal Welfare & Party Selections

We prioritise the health and happiness of our animals.

• You’re welcome to request a couple of your favourite animals! Browse the Meet Our Animals page and send over your top picks.
• We operate a strict rotation policy to allow our animals plenty of rest.
• Due to natural reptile shedding cycles and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee specific animals will attend.
• Our handlers always make choices with the animals’ best interests in mind.

📋 Company Policy

• We operate with full public liability insurance, a performing animal licence, and a riding establishment licence.
• Abuse or aggressive behaviour towards staff or animals will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.

⚠️ Health & Safety

The safety of both clients and animals is our top priority.

• While our animals are well-trained and used to events, they can still be unpredictable.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• We provide hand wipes and sanitiser for all events.
• For public venues, event organisers must provide toilets and hand washing facilities.

🐴 Pony Parties – Additional Info

• A flat grassed area with easy access is essential for all pony bookings.
• For all pony parties, we’ll require photos of your venue and access points to confirm suitability.
• If using public spaces (e.g., parks), you must obtain local council permits in advance.
• We’ll need safe, easy access and turning space for our trailer.

• Riding Establishment Licence

• Insurance Providers:

• Risk assessments, insurance, and licensing documentation are available on request for hired venues.

💰 Bookings & Payments

• A £50 deposit (via BACS or cheque) is required within 5 days of booking to secure your event.
• Remaining balance to be paid on the day or in advance.

❌ Cancellations

• No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
• In the event of extreme weather, an alternative date may be offered.
• If Zoe’s Party Animals must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

🏠 Venue Requirements

• From September to May, a warm indoor venue with electricity is required.
• Animal encounters – outdoor events: May–September only (weather permitting)
• Easy access and space to turn a vehicle and trailer is required.
• We’re happy to suggest suitable venues—just get in touch!
