We are based in Selston, Nottinghamshire and travel up to 40 miles to our events.
We charge £1 per mile, first 10 miles free.
Company Policy
Zoe’s Party Animals operate with their own public liability insurance, riding establishment licence and performing animal licence.
Abusive behaviour towards staff or ill treatment towards our animals will end the event of immediate effect with no refund.
Health and Safety
The safety of our clients and the welfare of our animals are our top priority. Although well trained and comfortable in busy environments, animals can be unpredictable. Supervision of children at all times is required by a parent or guardian.

Animal Encounter Parties
Customers are welcome to pick a couple of their favourite animal’s. Simply view the ‘meet our animals’ page and send over the names of the animal’s you wish to attend the party. We operate a strict rotation policy to ensure our animals have time to rest.
Please note due to the shedding cycles of some of our reptiles, alongside changes in the weather we cannot guarantee any particular animals appearance at the party. Their welfare comes first.
Bookings
A deposit of £50 via BACs or cheque within 5 days is required to secure a booking.
Remaining balance to be paid on the date of the event or prior.
Cancellation
No refund will be given if the event holder cancels within fourteen days of the event.
Another date may be offered if there are extreme weather conditions.
A full refund will be given if Zoe’s Party Animals needs to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
Venue
Venue access needs to be appropriate with easy access and a turning point for a vehicle and trailer.
Zoe’s Party Animals will require photos of the garden and access if planning on hosting a pony party to check suitability.
Local council permits will be required in advance if organising an event on public property. (Parks)
Toilets and hand washing facilities will be provided by the event holder.
Zoe’s Party Animals provide hand wipes and sanitiser.
A copy of insurance and licencing documents can be sent to your hired venue.
