Zoe’s Party Animals operate with their own public liability insurance.
Abusive behaviour towards staff or ill treatment towards our animals will end the event of immediate effect with no refund. 

Health and Safety
The safety of our clients and the welfare of our animals are our top priority.
Although well trained and comfortable in busy environments, animals can be unpredictable.
Supervision of children at all times is required.    

 Staff training and qualifications
All staff members are up to date with relevant training and hold a current 3 day at work first aid certificate.
Staff members have completed their workshop in safeguarding young and vulnerable people.
Enhanced DBS checks are completed by each member of staff during the recruitment process.

Party Animals cater for all ages and aim to accommodate your needs and requirements including themed parties.
Advanced booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
A deposit of £50 to be paid within 14 days of booking via BACS or Cheque.
Remaining balance to be paid on the date of the event or prior.

No refund will be given if the event holder cancels within fourteen days of the event.
Another date may be offered if there are extreme weather conditions.
A full refund will be given if the company needs to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances.   

Venue access needs to be appropriate with easy access and a turning point for a vehicle and trailer.
A site visit may be arranged prior to the event.
Local council permits will be required in advanced if organising an event on public property. (Parks)
Toilets and hand washing facilities will be provided by the event holder, Zoe’s Party Animals provide hand wipes and sanitizer for anyone handling our animals.
